It's frustrating (because I am so good with troubleshooting windows for myself and anyone else) not knowing what to do now. But it's a challenge and I am willing to learn.Your articles and how-to's have been priceless. There are many out there but they almost always forget to explain something small. Something that isn't really a big deal to them but to such a newbie like me slows me down for days.I like how much people are willing to help in forums all over. Its great. The problem is that solutions are usually scattered all around. The issues with licensing (flash and mp3 as examples) are things that make it difficult for people to switch to linux. Especially those not computer literate. That is the one thing holding most people back. Things are changing though.Nice not having to purchase software. :)Thanks again for all the info and the way you explain things makes it easy to understand for anyone.Oh, one more thing. The Perfectbuntu script was priceless!!!! Why didn't I find that before!

I am new to the Kubuntu and Linux world.
