It's frustrating (because I am so good with troubleshooting windows for myself and anyone else) not knowing what to do now. But it's a challenge and I am willing to learn.Your articles and how-to's have been priceless. There are many out there but they almost always forget to explain something small. Something that isn't really a big deal to them but to such a newbie like me slows me down for days.I like how much people are willing to help in forums all over. Its great.
